National JACL offers approximately 30 college scholarships for students who are incoming college freshmen, undergraduates and graduates, and those specializing in law and the creative/performing arts. There are also financial aid scholarships for those demonstrating a need for financial assistance. Applicants are judged on the basis of their scholastic achievement, extra-curricular activities, community involvement, personal statement, and letter of recommendation.
The National JACL Scholarship program is a different program than the Twin Cities JACL Scholarship program with unique requirements, deadlines, and a separate application.
